     Health Craft cookware is designed by professional chefs for home use, and features the highest quality surgical stainless steel waterless, greaseless cookware and kitchen accessories on the market today. With Health Craft, you will experience a healthier, more nutritional way to prepare food without oil or grease.

     Our cookware is proudly Made in the USA by professional craftsmen at Regalware in West Bend, Wisconsin and Vita Craft in Shawnee, Kansas, and carries a Lifetime Warranty. 

     Our products are not available in retail stores and can be purchased only through live demonstrations performed by our well trained cooking professionals.

     The Health Craft System cookware along with our comprehensive cookbooks and DVD’s allow your customers to prepare quicker, more economical, and healthier meals, using little or no oil when cooking meats (to reduce fat calories), and to prepare fruits and vegetables without water (cooking below the boiling temperature), preserving precious minerals, vitamins and life-giving enzymes.

     This section provides all the information you need to make an educated decision about becoming a Health Craft Dinner Party Chef. This information will give you an overview of the position, responsibilities and opportunity.


Training & Support

Our Management Team will provide all the necessary training & support needed, as well as customer leads for your follow-up, providing customer contact information for dinner bookings and generating sales from new customers.

Our Cooking Show Script has a proven 30 year success history and will produce sales and income for you and your family. Once accepted, and with the purchase of your Success Kit, you will be scheduled for "on-the-work" training.

Your training is ongoing with continuous seminars and weekly contact with your support team.



Responsibilities

Choose when, where and how much you want to work. Part-time Dinner Party Chefs usually conduct one to two dinner parties a week. The Dinner Party Chef, who trains others, will conduct weekly meetings and training for their team and monitors their progress throughout their career. Team Leader Dinner Party Chef’s perform four to five dinner parties a week, usually 2 personal and 2 to 3 with their “Newcomer” Trainees.



Incentives
We know that your family is very important to your career and we want to make sure that they know they are just as important a member of the team as the Chefs themselves. Health Craft has many incentives that reward our Dinner Party Chefs and their family as well.

 

Examples of our incentive programs include:

  • A Caribbean Cruise Vacation incentive for two, three or four.
  • $1,500 FREE cookware when you complete 4 Step Process
  • Advancement through our 4 Step Process to promotion to Executive Distributor
  • Our Residual Income Program allows participants to earn income through group sales for a lifetime, even when you retire.

Income
As a Dinner Party Chef, you can earn $1,500+ monthly working part-time or an unlimited income working full-time. Historically, a properly trained, part-time Dinner Party Chef who follows direction and the proven script will average $700 in sales from each dinner party.

Statistically, when you conduct two dinner parties a week and average no less than 7 dinner parties per month your efforts should result in $4,900 in sales. If you earned 32% of the profit and averaged only $700 in sales for each dinner party, your monthly income would be $1,568 and your annual income would be approximately $18,816. Dinner Party Chefs are paid commissions weekly, and as an Independent Contractor you are allowed all the same tax deductions of any business, minimizing income tax expenses.

Lifetime Residual Income

The true success of a Dinner Party Chef lies in their management and sales “leadership by example” skills. During Dinner Parties and in the course of your everyday activities, you will meet people seeking part and full-time careers who will inquire about joining the Health Craft Team.

When you recruit and train Newcomers to conduct Dinner Party demonstrations just as you do, you will receive a 3% Leadership Bonus on their sales and as well as a 1% Lifetime Residual Recruiting Bonus. If you were managing 4 Dinner Party Chefs, each producing about $58,800 in annual sales (a total of $235,200 in sales), your Leadership Bonus would be $7,056 and your Residual Lifetime Recruiting Bonus would be $2,352, for a total of $9,408 additional income each year. Note: Leadership & Residual Lifetime Recruiting Bonuses are paid monthly. 

As your team builds their own teams, your potential income increases; you receive 2% on second-generation team members. Additional Income Example:

Q:         Why should I begin part time?

A:         Newcomers beginning as a part time Dinner Party Chef is proven as the best way to begin a sales career. Many of our top managers, distributors and executives began their career part time. 

Q:        
Do I need to know how to cook to conduct successful Dinner Parties?

A:         NO… Although culinary experience may be helpful, Health Craft System cookware does most of the cooking for you… you will need to be able to learn and perform a prepared script, be organized, and learn a few basic knife and food processor skills. Orientation and Training is provided.

 

Q:         Do I need sales experience to be successful?

A:         NO… Although sales experience can be helpful, many of our most successful Dinner Party Chefs had no previous sales experience, just good communication skills, a friendly personality and a strong desire to succeed.

  

Q:         Is this a multi-level or pyramid type business.

A:         NO… Health Craft is a business opportunity for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who have the desire, motivation and discipline to be in business for themselves. There’s no inventory, no order processing, and no sales tax to collect and pay; our talented team of more than 250 employees do all of that for you. 

 

Q:         Can I work together with a friend or spouse?

A:         YES, we 100% encourage it. Teams perform exceptionally well together and often have the highest gross income in any given year. Many of our top producers are couples and families working together.

A:         That's up to you. Many of our Dinner Party Chefs work close to home. Others travel and take regular vacations in between scheduled Dinner Parties conducting Orientation Sessions to build their sales organization. When travel is associated with business it's tax deductible.

Q:         What about Advancement?

A:         You will be provided with an opportunity to advance through our four-step process to Executive Distributor.

 

Q:         What, besides Cooking Demonstrations and order taking do I have to do?

A:         That's about it. We process your orders, ship the merchandise to your customers, collect and pay the sales tax and take care of customer service warranty and repairs. Our experienced support staff is dedicated to your success, and we will see to it that you receive a check for the sales you earn each week.

 

A Week in Your New Career as a Cooking Show Host:

A successful week will consist of contacting clients, making and taking calls, scheduling Dinner Parties and conducting two to three Healthy Dinner Parties a week. You will deliver the presentation, cook the food, answers questions and assist customers with placing orders. Before each Dinner Party you will purchase and prepare the necessary groceries, and each evening, conduct a complete maintenance and cleaning of your cooking samples.

 

Cooking Utensils are transported in a large-capacity rolling suitcase with a pocket for literature.

 

 

A Year in Your New Career as a Dinner Party Chef:

A successful Dinner Party Chef conducts 2 to 3 Dinner Parties each week.

A:          There is always the possibility...Your preparation, experience and natural or trained talents combined with our selection process and training methods have produced successful results for more than 35 years.

 

Q:         How Do I Qualify to Join the Team?

A:         Apply On-Line and attend an Orientation Cooking Class. Applicants should have a friendly personality and good communications skills, be capable of working without supervision and results oriented, be competitive, and have a strong desire to succeed. You may attend Orientation Cooking Classes and Training Sessions as often as you like.
